I found the rest of the album to be better than that song, Friend Request is fucking hillarious too.

My only gripe is sometimes it sounds alot like when Slug was doing Atmosphere shows with a live band... Like really close, Slug and Travis have very simmilar tones.

the beats - the rhymes - are all good.


a co-worker recently hipped me to them. i bought the cd for my husband a few days ago, and hadn't heard even one song off the album. i would love to see them live.

*shrug* I like them. The first track I heard was the remix of new friend request with papoose. I got their previous albums but didn't give them a proper listen. I liked the newest one.

Also I found out, last night, there's an acapella of new friend request however I cant find it.

I heard of this band like 5 years ago.

edit: in fact, longer than that, I knew of them when they had that "Song for Noah", I was searching out some kinda unknown, new hip-hop many years ago, and found some. I love being all elite and like "pshhhh, you only just heard of them now?"

I seriously cannot help being so superior. People sometimes dislike me for it, but I'm just so damn intelligent and shit.
