Mike, Adam, and Adam,
As you may know, Rage Against the Machine is only playing a single concert on the East Coast this summer and it happens to be on Randall's Island, NYC. I fully intend to be there and it would be swell if you could all be there too.
I remember seven years ago when my friends and I all had tickets to see you perform with Zach, Tom, Tim, and Brad in Foxboro, MA and we were wicked excited. Sadly the concert was cancelled and RATM broke up shortly after, but we always knew there would come a day when each of your paths would reconnect on a stage somewhere in a glorious display of awesome musical greatness...
Saturday July 28th 2007 is that day!
Rock the Bells Hip Hop Festival in NYC! It's gonna be sick! Think about how sick it's gonna be! So sick! Throw in a long awaited Tom Morello solo during 'Pow' and its fatal!
Maybe call up Q-Tip and see if he and his boys can make it. BBQ in the afternoon, maybe play some Hoops on Sunday? Who cares, it's the weekend!
Seriously, you should go.
