Hahaha, Simon said he'd stop the show altogether from ever having another season if Sanjaya is picked. I'm conflicted, because I DO like the audition shows, but the rest of the show for the following 5 months is useless and stupid.

I wish they had more talent shows where people are told they suck, and that's the whole show. Nothing more, nothing less. Crappy people come on and are made fun of, I get my giggles, show goes off.

You know what I don't get? The title of their hunger strike is "Starvation for Sanjaya." Shouldn't it be "Starvation AGAINST Sanjaya"? I mean, when I first saw that I loled because I thought it was some dumb broad starving herself to get more people to vote for him or some shit.

Either way, she can afford the hunger strike so I don't feel too bad voting for him. :p

i don't watch this show, i just assume it sucks. i really have no desire to see people singing for an entire hour. here and there i happen to catch clips of shitty singers, like on keith olberman's show, and that's all i see of american idol.

i think it's hilarious though that people are intentionally sabotaging the show by voting for the worst. if it's truly a talent show, it shouldn't be left up to the public.
