The lyrics of it when it starts are like high pitched an say something like
Modern Day Warrior Mean Mean Stride ...........................
It has an awsome beat to it too.

Ok I downladed the Tom Sawyer song, and thats it but its not the beat looped like Mix Master does it. God he has skills, probably wont ever find this beat looped like he's done it.

I'm not sure whether it was Mike or Q-Bert's routine first but the Piklz were doing the Tom Sawyer juggle since the early 90s.
Q-Bert does the routine on one of his first mixtapes, "Demolition Pumpkin Sqeeze Music". You can preview/download it here

Its the first track. This originally came out on cassette only in 1994 but has since been imported in a CD version. Its readily available now.

That is one of my fave if not fave 'mix tapes' ever. The only thing I do not like about it is almost too 'clean' and perfect in spots. It has so many 'classic' samples on there and so many classic QBert/ISP routines. That was the first juggle of Rush that is recorded but who knows if Qbert or MMM started it. The ISP was so incestuous with routines it seamed. I might have to listen to it right now.

I specifically remember hearing/reading Mike say that he borrowed it from Q-bert back in the dizzay. Dope nonetheless.

That's not it. That's Mike's beat off of the "Needle Thrashers III" break record. See "Get it Togetha" on the Label http://www.htfr.com/watermark/index.php?catno=MR24504 Laurie's looking for the "Tom Sawyer" routine.
As far as the "Get it Togetha" break, that's from an old Dirtstyle break record that mike put out called "Needle Thrashers Volume III". A lot of this stuff you guys are hearing him do now goes back about 10 years from when Mike, Q-Bert, Shortcut, & D-Styles were still doing the Invisbl Skratch Piklz thing. Friis gal pulled that break from a bootleg of Mike's show vinyl call "Beastie Show Breaks." The show vinyl was never available to purchse but its really just a bunch of beats that Mike took from different places (hip hop 12"s, beastie tracks, his own beats, etc.) and put them all on one record for easy access for live shows. "Get it Togetha" was Mike's own production work. He took the beat off of his break record and put it on the show vinyl. The show vinyl got bootlegged so that's how its on "Beastie Show Breaks". If you want the original you have to get "Needle Thrasher's III".
Laurie, as far as Demolition Pumpkin Squeeze, I'm just not into posting stuff that's available to purchase. Mike and Q-Bert still make money off of these records. If it was out of print it would be less of a problem for me but these guys make a living off their music and record and CD sales are a piece of the pie. The bootlegging hurts them. If you guys want the beats you should help out the artist and buy their records/CDs.

Here is the 'original' actual record mike uses/used for this beat. Its on a needle thrasher album that mike put out. The track is labeled 'Get it Together' and has the vocal followed by the beat

Sir SkratchaLot,
I don't think it's a big deal to post a 2 minute song. Posting the entire 'Demolition Pumpkin Squeeze' release would be out of line.

If its the only 2 minutes that somebody wants its the difference between buying the album and not buying it.
But it ain't that big of a deal. They're just looping up Rush anyway and I'm 100% positive Rush never got paid a dime by Q or Mike so its not like they can complain.
That "Get it Togetha" beat is 100% Mike though. He produced some of the dopest scratch beats of that erra.

Before we put the Tom Sawyer beat to rest, all those DJs out there who have in your crates Mellow Man Ace's 1989 debut LP Escape From Havana put out by Delicious Vinyl, you may want to revisit the song Hip Hop Creature. Why? The Dust Brothers produced the track & sampled Tom Sawyer.(lb)

 Dude, you're 19 years old. Get a bank account and then you can get a paypal account, or a check card. Its like you have 5 bucks in your pocket and you're complaining that you can't play video games because you don't have any quarters. Come on now.
