my gram decided to have a contest over easter to see who in the family could make the best/inventive style of hot wings
so i need some suggestions on what to make my sauce with. i'm looking for something very hot, but with a non-typical flare to it

I'd look at some spicy Thai peanut sort of recipe.
Put some of this Chinese hot sauce in the mix and it will clear everyone's sinuses.

One of the local sushi places dots their tuna rolls with that stuff. It's actually pretty good.
I always have a bottle in the fridge. It is great on eggs.
What about a treacle or toffee sauce? That'll be different.

Spicy stuff, ugh! I can't do it. I can do a little wasabi on California rolls, and spicy mustard, but that's where I draw the line.
Anything I had to offer would probably just be mild but num-nums.
Make them HOT and when you serve them announce....GrandMa, now try my widowmaker wings! Your hemorrhoids will shoot out of your ass like a potato out of a zip gun.

It's a tricky thing to make food with serious heat which also has genuine flavor.

I thought this title said "i am going into a WIG making contest"
:o
i thought he was talking about some kind of engineering thing, like designing a wing for a plane
because he's an engineer and all engineers design airplanes when they're not building bridges

i think curry could be something that has a kick and tastes decent
both my dad and i are big fans of garlic, so i could try something with some serious garlic mash in it.
