so, I'm in this choir and we had practice last night and we sang the song "lakeshore drive". and the piano part in it is really fast and I figured out a way to approximate it with vocals. the thing is, I was really straining and singing constantly and got a little woozy. I thought maybe it was a combination of the singing and the 2 old style talls boys mixed with the chicken strips from popeye's that cort made me eat...but the woozy dizzy sort of feeling hasn't left yet! it's gone on all day! my equilibrium is off and I keep inverting numbers too.

my brain is broken. :(

did ya take some E?

maybe you should take a nap, some sleep might make u feel better.

i think something similar happened to me once, i was trying to sing like mariah carey or somebody & i hurt my throat so badly that i got a headache feeling, it went away the next day.

I didn't take E. it's a rock n roll choir, not a rave choir. :p

we're planning to all start fighting at the end of our sets. we could like keep blood pellets in our mouths and bite down on them after receiving punches to the face. someone mentioned pre-slicing our foreheads and crazy gluing them together, so that if someone smacks you hard it'll open up and start bleeding. like they do in lucha libre.

so far "the whole wide world" by wreckless eric, and "spanish bombs" by the clash. we've sort of toyed around with "white light/white heat" by the velvet underground...but it's not translating to a choir so well.

those were the songs the organizers suggested first, but there's a site up where we can submit song ideas and some chick made a voting thingy.

we're practicing in an empty store front that's being renovated. there's a big patch of fake grass in the back garden from a big league chew photo shoot. ima steal it. (lb)
