i'm getting bored of everything that i know how to cook, i want better meal ideas

the main thing i like to do is toss a boneless skinless chicken breast on the foreman grill because it's easy and it's pretty filling. but i don't really know what to season the chicken with. what should i do?

and any other ideas are welcome as long as they're incredibly easy

Garlic, olive oil, shallots or scallions, basil... come on, man, it's not rocket science. :D

In other news, they've introduced a new Foreman grill that has a removable grill for easier cleaning. I remember that was something that kind of bugged you. (y)

Soak the chicken in Italian dressing overnight.

(I do it in a ziploc bag so there is less to clean up.)

Shit's old news, man. I bought one of those last year.

Bob, if you get too lazy to make your own marinade, just go to the grocery store and pick up some Ken's Steakhouse Garlic and Herb marinade.

bobby uses a fork to poke holes in the chicken, and then he puts a little bit of caesar dressing on it (you don't want it dripping down it, just enough to spread it with a fork across the whole piece) and a spice called montreal chicken seasoning by mccormick's.

you can also buy a bottle of mojo criollo and marinade it in that.

or, i like to sometimes cook it in a skillet with enough olive oil so you can sorta fry it. i season it with garlic salt, adobo seasoning (the one with the blue lid) and sazon (the one with onion and garlic; in spanish, it will say "con ajo y cebolla). then i make some vigo yellow rice and some peas, and i cut up my chicken and mix all of it together for my own version of arroz con pollo.

i just really don't like italian dressing, so please don't use it as your marinade. it's just the "go to" dressing for everything as a marinade because no one can think outside the box, so it pisses me off as a dressing.

goodness.

if beth makes me some chicken, i'll make her a pie of love one day. cross my heart and hope to die!

sorry, but i aint got no love for george foreman, bob. i dunno. i just don't like the texture of the meat afterwards. plus i don't eat a lot of it. the lesbians use it to grill their steaks all the time. perhaps they are making up for a lack of meat.. elsewhere

Try soaking the chicken in milk for several hours. Then coat it in seasoned bread crumbs and cook it in your fancy grill thingy. It works in a regular pan, so why not in Mr. foreman's namesake?

you know, you try to teach kids right from wrong, and they just don't listen.

hey bob, why not branch out and try fish on your foreman grill?

Mmm. I like the way that sounds when I read it aloud to myself and nobody is looking.
