this was a real true infomercial from '98 to promote hello nasty... i remember trying to watch it at my friend's house because he had a satelite. but we couldn't find it.. i had the schedule of when it would be on and everything lol.. very late at night i remember :D

These were broadcast back in'98 just before the release of HN. I think they were aired late at night and on some satellite-specific-type channels. They posted the schedule here on the site, but I remember not being able to find the channel on my local cable here.

So it wasn't quite like AIFST being shown on VH1 recently.

Hilarious shit, man. I remember seeing those way back in the summer before
8th grade right before Hello Nasty dropped and being so excited. This was playing, MTV had just done the Beastieography, and Intergalactic was everywhere. Really awesome time to be a Beastie fan.
