Ok, so I just got my copy of the "Fight for Tibet" CD (live performances from 1996 at the TFC on CD) and it was billed as having an interview, which I thought would be cool.
Well, it was cool, except it was censored. Like they totally cut out all of Adrock's last verse in Sure Shot.
Anyway, the interview itself wasn't censored. I thought it would be about something regarding Tibet or some shit. But actually it sounded like it was recorded in the late 1980s. It was very odd and out of place, hearing Adrock and MCA talk about "those fuckin' faggots at CBS" after 50+ minutes of music and speeching about freeing tibet and human rights.
I'm just wondering who the ad wizards who put this CD together were, who included that last interview from seemingly 10 years earlier in that made them look like hypocrites.
Anyone know?
