Question about remix licence

Hey guys, I have a question, as we all know we need some kind of writen permission to be able to play any artist tracks online, I was going to post my Remix at soundclick but the terms say that you need the writen permission to upload any kind of remix or else your page will get deleted, so does anyone know how can I do this?.. here is my soundclick for those that want to take a look to some of my tracks.. www.soundclick.com/fusquito I'll let you know as soon as I post my remix..

I wouldn't worry about it too much....I have like 80+ remixes on my soundclick page...And about 70 or so are Beastie's....I've been on there for about a year now....And nothing has happened.....

Sounds good, but what if I want to get this out in public.. or if I want to copy right the remix.. any idea how to?

For the instrumental you could use Creative Commons (search Google) You cant however copyright the track including the beastieboys acappella
