bob you're a little peckerhead. you're all worked up because ron paul is out and being cheated out of votes. dont you understand what democracy is about? i wouldnt say that ron paul is mlk, or anyone else, but he is taking a stand for what he believes and i truly believe he is an honest man. thats more than almost all other politicians can say for themselves. its rare that someone takes a bold stand in what the believe in these days in politics.

lol ron paul is actually a triumph of democracy. for fucking once in american history, i can look at election results and not be disillusioned with representative democracy.

ron paul is taking a stand for what he believes in (the gold standard, the disembowelment of federal government despite the retrospect provided by american history, barbaric immigration policies, white supremacy, etc etc) and the american public has reacted accordingly by FUCKING NOT VOTING FOR HIM. he's not being cheated out of votes, drizl. nobody's fucking voting for him because he's a fucking loon, please PM me and lift the veil and tell me that you're a troll or something because the fact that you really truly in your heart of hearts believe that the only reason that ron paul is failing to come anywhere near winning the primary is that the election is rigged is really just...just...no, nobody could ever believe that, i can't...no, i've had enough of this joke, just stop, it isn't funny anymore drizl

dear rightwing fascist:

there is proof all over the place that there was vote fraud in new hampshire. if you are really so ignorant to trust the voting process at this juncture in american history, then you should just load yourself into a cannon and propel yourself straight into the ground.

im glad america is working out for you bob

lol

ok, hostility aside, i have a question for you, because i'm not 100% sure if i understand you (i'm about 99% sure but i really want to clear it up before i continue mocking you)

it's a multiple choice question

ron paul received 8% of the vote in the new hampshire primary because
a) 8% of the population voted for him
b) the vote was rigged

pick one, then we'll continue this discussion

Bob please put down the gun. It's not worth it. Please you have so much to live for... and the ignore function is so close... please just reach out and touch it... please.

Now give me the baby.

it's not been a matter of debate, by the way ...
fools will always seek to prolong 'their' game 'in the meantime', but time and time again, ultimately only serve to get schooled here so that others may know better.

perpetually playin' you out is not my idea of good time, but if you wanted peace, you'd have it.

wargames in the 80's should've told you all that. check the right number now for that area code (311).

Jennifer Call, the town clerk of the town of Sutton, confirmed that Ron Paul got 31 votes and not zero. This is more votes than he got, or was reported to have gotten, in almost every place.

(!) Peace, Bob! You always have intelligent posts. It bothers me to see how upset this thread seems to be making you.

I stated earlier that there are official statements that votes for Ron Paul were withheld in the New Hampshire caucus. It also seems the same may go for Obama (I'm not sure about that though). In any event, I think there is a much bigger issue at hand with miscounted votes. It is obvious that this democratic system is seriously flawed. Wouldn't you agree that, if this miscount problem is not nipped in the bud now, we will face dire repercussions as an American people?

schmeltz you twatface, bob is just venting his frustration.

the real issue, as sugar put it, is vote counting, and a seriously flawed system.

in my opinion, the vote is totally rigged. there is substantial evidence that these machines miscount votes, and we know in the past two elections, that individuals have been approached and found guilty for their role in vote fixing.

why do we have to outsource vote counting to firms in israel? why do we have to use machines that have been proven to be unreliable?

to settle all of this, we need a hand recount of EVERY vote cast in this election, primaries and for the presidency. that is the closest we can get to a true count of the votes.

or we can choose to preserve the corruption by asking the wrong questions...

Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but how do any Ron Paul supporters defend THIS:

http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/01/10/paul.newsletters/index.html?iref=newssearch

I'm not expecting any kind of coherent rebuttal from drizl on this other than "it's rigged!" and "Ron Paul isn't responsible for racist comments he had someone else write on a newsletter with his very own name on it"

in my opinion, the vote is totally rigged.

Does Ron Paul believe this too? And if so, what does he plan to do about it?

perhaps a bit disappointing yet somewhat understandable, there's apparently not enough evidence in new hampshire for paul to put all his resources into.. and since kucinich and howard are heading it up... perhaps he feels his part is better off just moving on at this point until....

it's an initial testing/ flaw of the highly polluted waters/ fixed system that, though nothing compared to 2000 and 2004 yet, should still be met with great resolution/ action.

It is admitted by state officials that votes for Ron Paul have been withheld from the official count. No matter who your candidate is for 2008, I think we can agree that the situation at hand is pretty serious.(!)

Dennis Kucinich and his campaign just paid $25,000 to the secretary of state towards the New Hampshire vote re-count.

I was talking to O'reillley and shit was good. Then Beecher stepped up and shit got dizzy for a sec. The Muslim wanted to put his words in but they didn't count. There are no Italians though they think they're slick: They're Not. There are None. O'Reilley is the Key.

I also understand where Paul is coming from, even though I disagree with him on nearly all of his issues and I think he's a dangerous egomaniac. But unless he gets a huge percentage of the vote in NH, he's toast and this internet bombardment can finally stop.

The NH results were even more embarrassing for Paul.
Toast? New Hampshire's reported results were a farce and Paul came in second in Nevada. What is this toast you are talking about?

yesterday, in one of my classes, one of my professors was saying something about politics (my school is incredibly leftist and the thing he was saying was accordingly leftist), and i forget exactly what the speech was about, but at some point he sort of sarcastically said "hey, for all i know, you guys are gonna vote for ron paul" and some idiot in the front row did a not at all ironic fist pump because he didn't realize he was being made fun of because that's how bamboozled ron paul supporters are i can't believe this guy

Out of curiosity, what constitutes a Ron Paul supporter as "bamboozled" in your opinion? Would you mind sharing with us who you support and why?

I saw this over the weekend and thought it was pretty interesting what Ron Paul had to say.

I drove past a major intersection yesterday at an on-ramp to the freeway and there was a woman on stilts bouncing up and down with a Ron Paul poster. It was entertaining enough to mention it here.

I hope Paul's message of the Constitution got out to enough Americans by now. This could become a seriously bumpy ride and soon. Good luck to you all.

Ron Paul is calling for a march on Washington to show the media that his campaign and its supporters cannot be ignored by the media.

he isn't exactly being ignored by the media, considering that we all know of his connections to white supremacists (http://beastieboys.com/bbs/showpost.php?p=1546725&postcount=210).

and even assuming that he is being ignored by the media, his message is still getting through to the public. the public's response? largely, and unsurprisingly, "cram it you loon"

yes, a march on washington because his campaign is (again, unsurprisingly) not doing well, this will help cleanse that image
