I bought this turkey roast from the butcher last week....it's like 3 big breasts all roped up so that it looks like a "roast".....I thought it was frenched with spinach and wild rice,but it's "solid" meat....I really don't do poultry like this.....looking for a method......my instinct is to braise it like beef or something......and then throw it in the oven with veggies and a little stock….I don’t know but it’s about $25 bucks worth of bird…..recipe,suggestion,gourmet turkey roast stylez?
