guess he won't be able to complete his community control. :(
the general description of the shooter sounds like the passenger in the car the day he picked up the case i had him for (whom my client tried to pin the drugs on).

Police are looking for a man who walked into a west Orange County diner this morning and shot a man to death as he was waiting to eat breakfast.
Timothy G. Mitchell, 27, had ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and was sitting at the counter of Judy's Diner on Old Winter Garden Road when he was shot twice, in the chest and the abdomen, Orange County Sheriff's Deputy Carlos Padilla said.
"The young man walked in, no words were exchanged and just shot him," Padilla said.
Witnesses said the shooting happened without warning.
At least 15 customers were in the restaurant and Jonathan Martinez, 23, was cooking breakfast on the grill when he heard a series of five shots. He quickly pulled his mother, diner owner Judy Martinez, behind the restaurant's brick wall as customers rushed out the door.
"Out of nowhere, I heard, pop, pop, pop," Jonathan Martinez said. "Then I heard, 'he's hit, he's hit!'"
Jonathan Martinez said he rushed over to Mitchell. Someone else rushed over to press paper towels onto the wounds. Paramedics rushed Mitchell to Orlando Regional Medical Center in critical condition, where he died 90 minutes later, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, who witnesses described as between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall, wearing a white tank top and blue or black shorts, fled south on foot, Homicide Sgt. Allen Lee said.
Owner Judy Martinez, 52, said Mitchell used to be a frequent customer, but she hadn't seen him in the diner for a couple of months. She was cooking at the grill alongside her son, listening to the radio when the shots rang out.
For 18 years, Judy Martinez has served up pancakes, pork chops and other "soul food" to many repeat diners, whom she sees as her children. "It's friends, it's like family," she said. "Everyone feels like they're at home."
But nobody gathered at the diner this afternoon knew much about Mitchell. A woman reported to be Mitchell's girlfriend was with him when the shooting happened, and the two may have had a small child, Jonathan Martinez said.
Police were investigating any ties Mitchell might have had that led to his death.
The shooting is the 20th murder in unincorporated Orange County so far this year.
"It's crazy, just waking up, cooking breakfast, and bam, bam," Jonathan Martinez said. "And it's Friday the 13th."
"I just hope people come back," he said. "I know they will. The food's too good."
