Favorite "health concious" cereal?

I'm excluding allll those sugar shack cereals because....well.....because I never had them as a kid and I don't think I could stomach them as an adult,yes,Moms did know best....I'm hooked on Vector.....but Grape Nuts and yogurt is my staple for dried breakfast.....

Arrowhead Mills Puffed Kamut (http://www.arrowheadmills.com/products/product.php?prod_id=274&cat_id=60) - for when i want something lighter and fluffier.

lately i'm addicted to trader joe's o's though - they're essentially cherrios, only a little more natural. the regular actually has less sugar than the high fiber and the organic, no wheat, and less ingredients. it's sad that i know this.

i've never actually bought it, it just cracks me up every time i see it in the cereal aisle. seriously, look at it. those two people are waaaayyy too happy about high-fiber cereal.

my actual answer is shredded wheat. i like eating it dry, though. it gets soggy too fast in milk. try eating it dry, if you haven't.

If I had to go with any on there, it'd just be for taste, not nutrition -- they just look nutritious sitting next to Count Chocula.
