Favorite "spoonful of sugar cereal?

I was never allowed to eat these as a kid....and swore I'd have a plethora of them in my cupboard as an adult....but Mom really did know best......what's your poison?...and how high do you actually have to be to dig these sugar shack snacks?

Man, I almost never have cereal other than oatmeal. But if I was in the hospital with a choice of sugar bombs, I'd probably go with Apple Jacks, Honeycombs, maybe Cocoa Puffs. But I bet they all taste different now than they did when I was a wee lad.

Honeycombs was by far the worst cereal ever made. Of that list, I'd have to go with Lucky Charms.

Remember those mini-box packages,as kids we would near brawl over who got the frosted flakes or apple jacks....when I was thinkin bout these cerals I was recalling them by theme song or character....you know..."A is for apple,J is for jacks,cinnamon,toasted apple jacks"......."Honeycomb Kid" would be a great band name......poison!

I really enjoy a bowl of Coco Pops or Sugar Puffs now and then but my all time favourite has to be Crunchy Nut Clusters (http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/products/product.asp?id=73)- the ones with the chocolate curls in them. So good.

No, but anyway. Yeah -- the mini-boxes were a sort of a treat. And some were packaged so you could cut open the boxes the right way and then just pour the milk right in there.

But the servings were really small; that sucked.

i like Cocoa Pebbles but i never eat it anymore. i just stick with Wheaties. back in the day i used to slam Mr.T cereal and Capt. Crunch.

Cocoa Pebbles rules over all other cocoa cereal. Except I hate the way they always stick to the side of the bowl when you're doing the final milk drinking... but whatever. You can't win 'em all.

LIFE is my other favorite cereal though... followed by Cookie Crisp. Man, I miss those commercials.
