I've seen a guy in a band who's arms are filled in with all sorts of doodles and what not. I think that works best to fill in the gaps to create a sleeve.

Hmmm i'm not sure about the your/you're thing though. I don't want any words.

Get a tattoo of a cherry ripe. A really detailed one, so people will think there is one resting on your arm and go to grab it.

Maybe I should have a child and call her 'Taneshia' and have it tattooed up my arm in a big gothic font. It's all the rage with british chavs!

I always thought the idea should come before the tattoo, that way you know you'll always want it. Or at least, for the next couple years and then you'll think back and wonder what the hell you were thinking at this time.

Yes, and I also recommend sticking the design on your fridge for about 6 months to really get used to it.

I have been planning to get a flowery/sky like background being all my upper arms ones as I feel a little like a denim jacket someone has sewn patches on, and it's amazing how often I change the design, incorperate bits and pieces.

Also, the actual tattooist should be the absolute best you can find/afford to travel to. My oldest tattoo is 12 years, and looks better than some of my friend's ones that are only a few months old.

You can't have another person suggest a tattoo for you man...it has to come from you to be personal and meaningful

I'm just collecting ideas dude, it's always nice to hear other peoples opinions about things though.

Umm I can't see how "taking ideas from someone else" can be personal and meaningful......but if camo doesn't care then might I suggest getting LOPPFESSOR accross your shoulders in block letters or maybe old English??

Yeah and ask around about "cool" kanji symbols. I met a girl once who had the symbol for dog tattoed on the small of her back...

It's a bit more subtle than most of my work, but hey I like to try new things.
