you been riding your bike? it's probably from having dry winter skin, then sweating too much. keep it clean and dry, but still moisturized.

yeah fuck those are very annoying. its happened to me a few times, but i'm sure the way it occured was vastly different to the way it happened to you.

antiseptic cream and lots of it!! keep it clean/moisturised so you don't make it any worse.
