I love those two supporting characters!
I haven't watched all of Peepshow or Spaced, but they both seriously deliver massive harsh laughs.
And doesn't everybody know a guy like those two. The dancing style, drug habit, the bad teeth...
Decide and post your fondest memory of them!

He's much less of a sleezy scumbag though...
Super-Hands got filthy with Jez in the "Bad Thing" *shudder*.

Ehm, Isn't it Super HANS?

I prefer Tyres anyway. You've gotta love a man who can rock out to the sound of a ticking clock.

It is indeed Super Hans.

And while Tires is a legend, Super Hans is almost a god.

Tell you what, that crack is really moreish.

I yelled "TYRES" when I saw him in SOTD and nobody else in the cinema knew what I was talking about.

There were only 3 other people in there though.

I have no clue, cause I never read the credits...
But you're right!
Super Hans
(Played by Matt King): Jeremy's 'band-mate' and part-time friend. In series 2 Hans becomes addicted to crack cocaine and openly smokes it at a social gathering claiming that it's "really moreish". His drug-fuelled political opinions on nearly all matters usually contradict Jeremy's ideas. He’s an untrustworthy shyster and fantasist, the kind of guy who makes up his own nickname. He was once involved in a drug-addled homosexual romp with Jeremy ("the bad thing"). He also likes to think of himself as being superior to others. In season three, he wanted to name the bar he owned with Jeremy "Free The Paedos". In season two Jeremy becomes extremely bored because Super Hans is back at work 'on the rig' suggesting that he is spending time in prison. 'Working on the rig' is a term often used as an excuse to explain a prolonged absence. Hans' addiction to crack cocaine, and his insistence that the pub in series three be called "Free The Paedos" supports this. In season one he works in a recording studio.

Haha! Whodda scouser! (y)

I must admit I haven't watched peep show in a while and I've never seen series 3 at all, while I know all the episodes of Spaced by heart...

Superhans is pretty awesome though. I like how he makes Jez get Rewenge. You know, Omerta.

Yeah, I thought his name was Super-Hands 'cause of his DJing. I have only seen Tires twice, he's fun but I suspect he has a heart of gold while Super Hans's heart is as dark as coal and cola!

Yeah I was just going to say - I watched series 1 and 2 with joy then it seemed to totally bomb out. Not even bothered with the latest series.

Been getting back into my Black Books DVD's again - that's well worth a watch for Spaced fans. :)

It's totally different but similarly "off-beat".

omg, you know what's even better than watching Black Books?
Watching Black Books with audio commentary. They're so funny, specially Bill Bailey and Tamsin Greig is pissing herself laughing the whole time. <3
Dylan Moran is rather quiet but I still want to have his babies. rawr.

Yeah I watched it - I love good audio commentaries. The Spaced one is good too.

I'm now at season 3 episode 1 and Super Hans has fended off sectioning and is promising the asylum doc to let the girl go: "All she needs is a vodka tonic!" "How about we keep her restrained? Tied, real tight." :D (y)
