It's not as complicated as you're making it out to be. If a woman says no to you (to any man), it means no. Because reality and fantasy, you see, are two different things.

If the two (or three or twenty or whatever) of you have all talked it out and are in agreement that what you're going to be doing is acting out a fantasy, then in that scenario, "no" may well not mean no, "stop" doesn't mean stop, etc. But in these role-playing scenarios, there is meant to be a 'safe word', so that if anyone is feeling uncomfortable and wants out, everyone is clear that that's the case.
