so I kind of snore. Like a chainsaw. And I don't know what to do about it.

It usually happens when I'm
A) really really tired
B) really really drunk
or
C) sick

And usually I'm really really tired every night because I'm working so much. I don't just snore on my back either, I can be on my side of my stomach with my face burried halfway in the pillow and I STILL snore.

While I was napping at lunch today in my car, I woke myself up, twice, because I was snoring.

Luckily, my man friend doesn't really care too much. He laughs at it because he says he imagines only old men snoring, not a young girl he finds attractive. He'll just wake me up to make me stop usually, or I'll end up waking myself up from the snoring (or like last night, he woke me up to sex me and was spent enough afterward that he just slept through the snoring that occured when I fell back asleep, ha).

But I still find it pretty embarrassing :(

you don't do anything obnoxious while sleeping?

I also drool. A lot. And sometimes I break out in night sweats. I was also told I'll talk sometimes in my sleep. I move, toss, and turn through out the night as well.

I'm surprised I ever managed to keep a boyfriend for more than a week.

i have been known to talk in the past. also kick off all the covers, cos i hardly ever use em. i find it difficult to snuggle sometimes tho, cos girls seem to be like freakin hot water bottles, and i get way too hot.

sleep on your back. or get nasal strips. or chop your nose off.

I already sleep on my back, I still snore. Head elevated, I still snore.

Nasal strips: if it continues I might try it. I wonder if it has to do with my jaw problem. Hrm.

Ever heard of Sleep Apnea (http://www.sleepapnea.org/info/index.html?gclid=CMixkuPK4YsCFRLTgAodOA5HbA), because you sound like you have the symptoms.

You could be tired all the time because your snoring is preventing you from getting REM sleep. It's actually pretty serious. Snoring isn't the only problem, people with sleep apnea tend to actually stop breathing for minutes at a time while sleeping.

It's a pretty simple thing to fix too.

sometimes if i fall asleep in a weird position i honk shoo. matt laughs at it. usually i don't snore, but if i do it's not that loud. haha, a couple of times falling asleep in a car i've actually snored myself awake. like, snnkkkKKhuh?!

i wake up panicking and hyperventilating a lot. i'll have a weird dream, open my eyes and realize it was a dream, then for half a second i'll be freaking out breathing super fast and terrified for no reason, then i go back to sleep. it scares me. :(

I snore when I'm drunk or allergic. I've never woken myself up though, I've seen people do that and it's pretty funneh.

I talk in my sleep all the time, always have. Dude said the other night that I was saying, "ohhh nooo. oh nooo! ohhhh. no. oh no. OH NO!" :o I wonder what I was talking about? too bad I can't ever remember. :/

dude snores, but for some reason the pace and tone of it is bearable or something, it hasn't bothered me at all yet. usually the sound of snoring drives me insane, so that's pretty neat. *barf*

I've recently started to snore so loud that I wake myself up. It's probably got to do with me having some type of stubborn throat infection that doesn't want to go away. Still quite comical waking yourself up like that.

Weird that you snore on your sides as well.

I talk in my sleep and i fidgit - a lot. I have to be in a certain position to fall asleep. On my stomach, with one arm under my pillow and one leg bent. Apparently it looks like my bum is sticking up in the air.

there are times when i snore, and times when i don't. i have zero control over it, and i don't really care since it doesn't bother me at all. bobby's snoring sometimes bothers me, but only when i'm over tired and can't seem to sleep. sometimes i'll be dead asleep and bobby wakes me up because he's talking in his sleep. usually it's unintelligible words, but the other night it was really, really loud, and he was talking about how he can't fly to miami.

apparently i get into weird positions when i sleep. i know i move around a lot - as a kid i would sometimes fall off my bed in the middle of the night :o but apparently when i sleep on my back i bring my legs up with my knees bent. it's an odd way to sleep. i didn't believe matt for the longest time when he told me that i did that, until he actually took pictures of it.

i like, spread my body out so i'm in a star shape - taking up as much room as possible. i have night terrors too, including waking up screaming kind of thing. fidget a lot. i'm a sleepwalker and a sleeptalker. oh yeah, and i sleep with my eyes half open, so you can see the whites of my eyes. people are creeped out by that. i'm probably retarded or psychotic or something.

I was told I have girly dainty snores. Like heavy breathing with just a little bit of snores mixed in. I wake up a few times to toss over to my other side, but other than that, I'm a pretty good sleeper.

Brett talks in his sleep. Usually jibberish. And sometimes it's loud and wakes me up and when I ask him what he said, he repeats, "Skirrr flarr zmurk stadfljim pleh!" and I'm like "What?!" and he responds with "MEH!" and shuts up. Canadians are weird.

Canadians are weird.
they grow them that way on purpose so they won't be mistaken for americans.
