Has anyone tried working out on this machine? Or do you know of someone who has?

I'm just curious as to how effective it really is...

i don't really like any machines for working out

very rarely i'll hit the gym and do some weights, but normally i just try and do other things to keep in shape. its more enjoyable that way i think

i keep trying to exercise, but i don't think i'm cut out for it. i expected it to improve my confidence, but it's actually making more unhappy with myself, because i never have the drive to actually finish what i'm doing. like i'll try to do 3 sets of 8 with some kind of lift, and i'll get to maybe the 5th rep of the 3rd set and say fuck it and give up. or i'll go running, and i'll get maybe halfway around the track (it's a 1.5 mile track) and get tired and quit.

i dunno, i can't get worked up enough to do it. so i fail at it and i feel worse than when i started

if you get someone to go with you, it makes things a whole lot easier. the main reason why i'm still trying to run 3-4 times a week is because i got someone to go with me and on those days i kind of feel like not going, i have someone else there waiting to get out there and drag me along.
