We have two of those now, 0800-alkoport and another one that specializes mostly in vodka (forgot the name). They're both pretty cheap but only open 'til 3 at night so most of the time the gas station is a better option, as there is no 20€ minimum.

there is a liquor store around here that delivers beer. I did it once when my old car had shit the bed. Seems like a generally stupid idea though considering you have to tip at least $5 to not be a dick, and the delivery area is in a small proximity that you could just as easily bus to and from the liquor store in ten minutes for $1.50 .
