Waters’ show will include two full sets plus encores, with “state-of-the-art staging lighting and sound.” The first set will feature an overview of Waters’ musical career, including selections from throughout his run as Pink Floyd’s primary songwriter. The second set will feature Waters and a full band performing “Dark Side of the Moon” from start to finish. The album was issued in l973, and remained on the Billboard Top 200 chart for a record-breaking 15 years.
I think I'm buying tickets for this.

a friend of mine texted me about going.
I asked how much tickets were.
I decided against going when he replied.

They are cheaper than the Virgin-fest tickets in Baltimore the Beasties are playing.
I don't consider $128 to steep for such a one-of-a-kind show.

I wouldnt pay $128 to see the Beastie Boys. I would pay $128 to see actual Pink Floyd...not just Roger Waters.

Yeah man, that's what I'm saying. I'm liking what I've seen so far though.

I'd pay that if the Beasties did a similar type show with an opening set of hits followed by them doing a second set of PB in it's entirety.

Thanks for the info,I was wondering on what scope the production was gonna be,I'm going on June 23rd....saw him wayyyy back on Radio K.A.O.S and saw David Gilmours version of Pink Floyd the same year.....I was 14 and tripping the light fantastic.....but Rogers show was easily better than David's despite the drastic differnece in venues and size of show, production value,etc,etc....Waters was just wayyyyy smarter......(y)
although waters can no longer sing, hunts foxes, can be a total hypocrite, used and abused a childhood friend for most of his songwriting inspiration and legacy, and seems to believe that he is a psychiatrist, i'm going. i'd love to hear this classic album performed live. although it'd be a dream to have wright, gilmour, and mason there, waters has consistently surrounded himself with top-notch musicians.
