I find hard to be with someone who doesn't do dairy....I can cook without flesh,no problem....but she's sworn off dairy recently and it is becoming really difficult.....:(

I had nothing in my fridge bar so had some Pont l' Evêque cheese and ham for breakfast 'continental stylee'
It was darn good.

Cottage cheese barely deserves to be called a cheese at all. It's more like a milky Quark thing... (n) My flatmate had an awesome cheese with mustard seeds in it yesterday!

2 different flavors actually. Weißbierkäse is harder and totally tasty! I only got that from the biomarket unfortunately. Then there is the creamy, normal beer cheese (ein Schmierkäse!!!) which also goes great with beer!

My local groceries always has some really good cheeses on special price. Today I bought some absolutely gorgeous camembert!
I could never be vegan... and I still wonder how I could loose some weight....
