last night at the knitting factory. It was sick. Their first show in 10 years. I was goin nuts especially when they broke out "Thats a Lie" the greatest hip-hop cover by a nonhip-hop group. Lots of things are close, this wins plus it gets points for having come out 17 years ago. One of my favorite songs/bands, I'm so peyched I got to see them perform live again (I was reminded last night that I had seem them in the early nineties at CBGBs but it was during the phase of my life where I was getting way to retarded- so I don't remember it. That shits fucked up). This is one of the bands that was at the right place at the right time for me, I will always love Son of Sam I am, it hit me at the perfect time in my life and I still love it- it immediately brings me back to being 16 and being so fucking excited to find a band that got me- smart, wise-assin, takn nuthin seriously and rockin' hard. Had to share, it was fuckin fantastic
