German internet provider t minus?

Hello German members of the board. I am trying to email someone in Germany on a work-related subject but the email address she gave keeps bouncing. The email she gave me is name@tminus.de. Does anyone know if this domain name is wrong? Is it t-minus.de or t_minus.de? Or t.minus.de?
