Yeah, I'm going to agree with you on that after reading the track by track breakdown again and talking to raz some more a bit ago. Ah, I want more though! haha Single please? Btw, it's already available on amazon for preorder for $18.98 which is a bit pricey methinks. I'd guess that it has something to do with Miramanee being unable to divulge any info regarding the "format". Perhaps, it's a double-disk/dvd? Only time will tell. Oh and since it'd be just like them, I've just ruled out a single being available already on iTunes with no prior notice of the release, so as to be all sneaky-like. And yes, I know that was highly unlikely but you can't blame me for some wishful thinking, huh?

I believe the song in the video is "The Ratcage", I remember at the listening party, the opening bassline, sounding like it could have been a riff from the early 80s, about to bust into some punk...but it never does, it just goes into a groovy jam...

Yeah I have to admit to myself that for a while now I have been wondering whether I would bother buying an "all instrumental" cd, dont get me wrong I do like some of it ie In 3s, Sabrosa etc but I was really looking forward to another album with rapping as well as music be it samples, electronical or proper instruments.

However seeing the new site with the first video clip...I could change my mind!

Interestingly tho, if this was the first time you had heard of or seen the Beastie Boys and their music and that video clip was all you knew, how would you describe them? I certainly would not say hip hop (and obviously not rap as there are no lyrics), maybe punk perhaps....thoughts anyone...
