This is exact the same feeling i had with every new Beastie Boys album. Different sound, but i got used to it so quickly. Hope "the Mix Up" is gonna do the same.

Ahhhhhh!!!!! The feel and vibe of the new site's got "Hot Studio Nights" written all over it!!!

I think the boys have been busy and what looks to me as excited to be in the studio! This is good for my ears!

P.S. Yauch! Where the f*** did you find that Ampeg bass! Never seen a green burst!

It's been a long time for you guys to wait, but we're coming down the home stretch. This is going to be a working weekend for us. Fridge is stocked full of microwave burritos, and plenty of Ramen. We've got a few surprises we hope you guys will like.

yep, i also love and prefer the green ampeg old school bass (ampeg scoll bass?), but i donīt mind if MCA would sells me the red one when iīm in NY in august:

That Eastwood is nice! Heard they're stuff was pretty good too.

As for the green one...I think someone refinished that mug at some point.

I've only seen Sunburst/Red Burst, Red and Black.

They sound great especially with flatwounds!
