There are some cool fucking noises coming out of the Beastie Boys. The weakest is definitely the Rat Cage for me. Every other thing I've heard has eclipsed it by miles.

yeah, definitely. when you scan along all the buttons, Rat Cage is the weakest, and its good track.

Yeah, a good track. The video helps it out. I'm almost disappointed I'm not disappointed.

The Cousin of Death is Laver1969's favorite snippet... its the fuzz bass that gives the warm and fuzzy feeling

I don't think the snippets spoil the songs at all. For example, the "Off the Grid" snippet really doesn't reveal what the songs really sounds like in it's entirety. I'd bet those crafty bboys did that shit on purpose!:)
