In order to protest against a belgian delegation which is going to China next month,, I made this artwork representing Prince Philippe as a buddhist monk, because of this delegation , The Dalai Lama is not allowed to come to Belgium (They are afraid to be uncomfortable with chinese authorities) it's the second time in 2 years...
