so like, how far in did you have "the talk" with your significant other about being "official" or whatever?

I can't remember the last time. I don't think we even discussed it. I think I just like changed my friendster profile status or something and he noticed and was like, "hrmmm?" ha ha.

anyway, I keep referring to dude as my "boyfriend" for fun, but...he...kind of is. I mean, seems that way. we talk every day, he asked me to attend a work function with him that's a month away, etc. etc.

anyway, I guess I'm just curious about how everyone else dealt with it. I think that I'm just gonna wait until he brings it up.

yeah. I should just let it go. I'm kind of scared of being in a committed relationship anyway...but also scared of not being in one since it's going so well (minus the whole dumping/undumping thing :rolleyes: )

weird -- we never had that discussion. ours was only about when we were getting married and when he was moving here. it was like it wasn't even a question of whether that stuff would happen, and pretty much "official" wasn't anything that was a question, it was just understood from day 1.
