can i get away with wearing sandals?

my current job is pretty laid back with dress code, and i was contemplating wearing sandals since i hate wearing shoes all day long

as of now i wear my sneakers usually with a pair of jeans and a clean looking t-shirt or something with a collar.



so could i manage to get away with sandals occasionally? or is that written in some goofy fashion ules that guys arent allowed to wear sandals in the office setting

guys are not allowed to wear sandals or flip flops or anything like that. christ almighty those things look fucken hideous

they are hairy, but i don't care about that.


it just seems that it is not socially acceptable for me to wear sandals, but i don't really understand the reasoning why. if people had to smell my feet after a days work, they would understand why i want to ditch the socks!
