I remember finding a needle in a fire department outlet thing in the side of the wood-burning pizza parlor on the corner down there. Can't remember the name of the place, but the pizza was good. Right on... is it Water Street?

Yeah,they have 2 safe shooting galleries that are attended by nurses on the miracle mile,so they score their junk,and the facility provides the rig and and a registered nurse/observer watches the user shoot....just recently they've opened a safe crack house based on similar principal,disposable pipes and all....trying to cut down on the transmission of Hep C cause the rockheads lips,crack,split bleed,then they pass the pipe.....and I think to myself what a wonderful world.....
