Ladies and gents....what's some good oh lets call it starter porn for a girl who has never watched porn before but thinks it might be fun to bring into the bedroom. I don't wan to show her the crap I've downloaded cus well one we'd hafta watch in my office and two some of it may scare here. How can I help to ease her on to the wonderful world of adult film?

There's a small chain of sex shops based in San Francisco called Good Vibrations that was founded by a woman was a sex therapist and has been around for 30 years. Although the company does employ some men, basically the gist of their business is that its a business mainly run by women, for women. So to that end, they have a panel that chooses what movies to sell based on the criteria that they are not just hot, but also female-friendly - dirty, but not degrading. Have a look here. (http://www.goodvibes.com/SubCategory--Sex-Videos--m-21) (But probably not if you are at work.)

that 'porn' for women by women junk is shit. its like trying to eat a steak with a baby spoon. get some seventies porn like debbie does dallas, deepthroat or groupies galore and have a laugh over it. by then she can get over seeing all the those pale, bouncing, badly lit, ungroomed tits/cock/ass/balls in that silly seventies style thats easy to laugh at. she'll want to see the real thing after that so you can skip that overthought, glossy junk.

I disgree. I think what you are thinking of as "real porn" is, in fact, the overthought glossy junk, because the women in that kind of porn are not generally women that actual chicks can relate to. It is frustrating for a lot of women to see the average porn star, with her inflated breasts, lineless tan, hairless vagina, uberpout and looking generally like something entirely unachieveable. We here in real life are often slightly lumpy; we have blemishes, we don't always have time or money to keep up with our bikini lines, we feel insecure about our hips, or our stomach, or our feet, or our nose, or whatever.

Mind you, I am a woman who does enjoy her porn from time to time. But I'm also someone who's pretty secure and comfortable in my own skin. A lot of women aren't, and find the whole porn experience offputting, not because they are prudes, but because they feel it sets men up to expect something from them that is beyond them to offer.

porn 'for women' seems to be all daisies and lip gloss and coyish. when i want a story line, i watch movies or read books. when i want something artful, there is a world of art that has that taken care of. when i want t & a, i want it immediately, no bullshit, to the point. when i want that drawn out experience, i'll get a woman and do it, not watch it.

never been a fan of glossy porn like that. give it to me raw and dirty and real.

Do women get ass hair?
Yeah they do but it's usually all smooth and golden and glistens in the sunlight. Like the hair that little kids get on their arms.

yeah, fine, but... what does that have to do with what I said, as per Lopp's original request? It's not about what you, b i o n i c, personally like in porn. The question was, what kind of stuff would be a good way for them to introduce porn into their relationship, that is going to make her safe, and isn't going to scare her off straight out of the gate.

But hey, what would I know about this; I'm only a woman who watches porn, and talks to other women about porn, and writes pornographic stories with female protagonists that are read by women. So I've really not given this very much thought at all:rolleyes:

Anything by Ava Devine! :D

word up....although she may be a little too hardcore for my woman...at least to start. Agree with peachy though for the most part. I don't even dig the typical blonde big fake boobs, porn star. I am more into natural realistic looking ladies....I pretty much hate fake boobs

just that to start her off id go with the shit thats easy to laugh at, that's obviously not the real thing. devil in miss jones, horny housewives in see-through bell bottoms, whatever. that made for girls stuff tries to come off as the real thing, but ends up being to porn what bands like sum41 and blink182 are to punk music. you only end up with a bunch of kids who listen to avril lavigne who go around saying they're punk like they know all about it. or something like that.

I say girl on girl to start...it's a bit softer and then she might want to see the real thing.

Send her to literotica first and the ask her what she's like to see on a screen...

I'm absolutely 100% into men, but lesbian or gay porn does more for me than straight porn.

and btw - kudos for you for taking the time to do this. my first bf assumed I would be horrified, and everytime I asked him if he watched porn he denied it thinking I wanted to argue with him about it. Really, I was curious and hoping he did, and found out after we broke up he kept a stash at his friends house. It always made me sad that we couldn't have watched it together, and I also would have felt less strange than trying to find out about porn by myself.

Hey my similes are never creepy, less of that talk or I'll have to beat you down. Like a cruel abusive husband beats his crying, pregnant wife after emerging from his study with an empty bottle of whiskey.

Hot Rackets, it's about a tennis club and it is from the early/mid seventies. Chicks have big ol' bonches though, but it's the seventies so it's forgivable.

Wow. The first person (that I've witnessed) outside my immediate circle of friends that uses the word "bonch."

That is awesome.

You're far too much of a nice guy and she-friend-cuddler to know something that's degrading to women, that's why I asked Paddy.:D

Only the Pad could look at a woman's ass and think of a child's arm. This explains a whole lot about you.
Yeah, I'm sorry I don't instantly cream myself and switch into stalker mode when a woman posts a blurry picture of her ass, like a normal person.

Porn strikes me as the domain of those folks who have yet to or never will fuck enough in their life to draw upon memory and experience when in need of a wank or semi circular spot specific rubbing…..or the prison population, that's just merciful, they need it.....
