Do you want actual feedback, or just praise?

EDIT: I'm not asking to be a prick. I'm sincerely wondering.

Yeah, cause it sounds like Crazy Town, or Heaven is a Half-Pipe.

I'm very very very skeptical that this is actually KingCrimson through a computer mic.

me too, but the vocals still flow very nicely with the song, i liked it. :D
i would love to hear yauch crooning over this one, this song reminds me of him, it's real laid back and everything.

I just did it for fun, and yea the mic is from the mid-90s' packard bell logo on it and shit haha....i hope it doesn't sound like crazy town.

Heres the first verse:

hesitation eats up your crop like a locust
the godless cope though i know it seems hopeless
the faith escapes the ice is thin
the cracks are rooted in the foundation
your vices sleep deep while you toss
and you turn in your chest
the fire still burning
sound of the sirens alerting
really who is working the curtain?
when theres only one thing thats actually
fucking certain
the illusions you seek are the great deceiver
set forth by these careless individual's who
in return believe what they want to
yet read from the same books
and drink from the same well oh well
vices sleep so deep the sirens working
the great deceiver in the dark often lurking
(hes) gonna uproot you

Nice lyrics, but it definitely sounds like Crazy Town.

Again, interesting that it's already become music to fit lyrics over.

I was skeptical as to how lyrics would sound with these jams. Now I can totally see it. I do hope that we get a lyrical version of The Mix Up someday and that it doesn't just go down in history as an urban legend.

Now let's not imply that we're talking about the music.

2nd verse:

inner visions insight ignite the light and i
follow orders normally orderly i decipher which is which
the fact or fiction
or really is it speculation
can't find a body in the future
never mind a million years ago
topic switch this is not commercial
this is not intended for a global take over
fuck kid rock right down to mike shinoda
they hold their fort with contracts
and radio material
lyrics on a box of cereal
content compromised please do not look surprised
when i see you out in public i'm gonna love it
cause you faggots think you created something
out of nothing (but you didn't man)

Wait a second...kingcrimson was the guy/gal who posted a review TMU but they ended up taking the review off someone's personal blog that actually did have it. Or something like that.

It sounds nice, you threw this together in one day?

I concur with jennygirl wondering what the would sound like with lyrics...but now I just wish the Beasties would throw some lyrics on 'em.

Where's BeastieAlbum07 when you need him?

Maybe because the album isn't out yet and someone insisted that he take down unreleased material.

Edit: This is just a guess on my part.

All ya doin is creating a positive BUZZ for the new album. Where ever you got Freaky Hijiki, well, more power to ya'll.

Your lyrics are too fast for my ol'crusty ears. But...it does sound nice over Freaky Hijiki.:o

I'm glad people have time to create n disseminate!
