...several, so far, but:

1) A very very slow police chase near the harbor. Four police cars, sirens wailing, were following a kind of tricked out big black pickup truck which was probably doing a solid 25 mph. The pickup truck politely turned and drove over a median, and all four police cars took the trail like segments of a big metal caterpillar.

2) Hearing interesting Muzak: "Pulling Mussels from a Shell," which I wasn't expecting, and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps"... on clarient. I guess the guitar was overcome with grief or something.

Oh well. I had some really really good, too-expensive sushi. I had asked the guys to join me and they did and someone else wound up picking up the rest of us. Noice. (y)

Greetings from Saint Diego. I gotta get back to my booth.

For me, yeah, it's been nice. Even when it's overcast, it's very cool and pleasant. I don't know how this weather would read to a native, though. I know I went on a trip one time and was on the ocean and remarked to someone how nice the weather was, and the lady started complaining that it was "so cold lately." I suppose it's all relative.

I fly back home this evening, which will be nice. I'm ready for my own bed.

I think you have them confused with the freaks.

Hold on, let me get this straight. You are in San Diego right now? Dude you have to come by and see me.

DUDE IS AT CONVENTION CENTER STOP DUDE DOES NOT HAVE A CAR STOP DUDE IS DOWN HERE ON BUSINESS AND IS LEAVING AT ABOUT THREE OF THE CLOCK STOP

Nawww... it's just all business, flying me in here, putting me up, flying me out. There hasn't been much time for R n R, and when there is, it's with co-workers or I gets The Eye. :(

I didn't realize you were in SD also. I thought just BA was.

Ah, well. That could've been cool to meet up. Next year is at Anaheim...
