Well it's not crap, it is nice stuff, I just didn't think I'd get so much for it.

I sold:
* a 3 piece 0-3 month baby sleep suit, which was still new with tags. We had so much stuff for Mattie as a newborn, she just never got to wear it. I put it on with an opening bid of 99p, and it sold for close to £5.

* a pair of fancy little shoes she has outgrown; she did wear them a handful of times but this was before she really crawled around and stuff so they look new. Those I listed at 75p and they sold for £7.40.

* an Anne Geddes baby record book (another unused shower gift), which was the evening's big winner - I listed it at 99p thinking it'd be grand if it cleared a fiver, and it sold for £22.10!

So yeah, I'm going to carry on cleaning out this closet, I think.

i wish i could sell some of my crap on ebay, but i really don't have much of any value that would actually sell for something. anything of value is worn to death

You know, the funniest thing about that book is, it was a gift from a friend in the US and it still had the price sticker on it. It was $12.97, apparently. So that's like, about £6.75. So it sold for more than 3 times the original retail price.

Ava has so many clothes and is growing so quickly that she literally might only wear an outfit once or twice. I have sold tons of her stuff so far. Trouble is i never transfer my paypal money into my bank account...i just use it to buy more ebay stuff to clutter up my house with. :/
