I went to both shows, and have to say the gala event was much, much better than the alive fest!
Just for the fact that i was a smaller room, the whole vibe, the connect you get between the band and the audience is amazing, such an energy! truly cosy!
I thought it was going to be strictly instrumental with no vocals at all.
But as u can see from the set list it wasnt.
Their fine sense of humour its hilarious, especially Adrock, the most communicative one.
The place had an 8 row of seats in the front separated from the ones in the back. in the first ones the was people sat for some songs, and adrock said that they had never played for so many people seated (i was there in the middle but standing!) even got to the point to come down (the height was the same as the height of 3 steps!) and sat in one chair, looking at the band and pretending to be falling asleep with his cute hat!

they were supposed to do a break and come back, but didnt even bothered to get out of the stage, and said they were gonna keep on going.

A fan rapped a chorus of one of the songs and even got the right of a response from mix master!
Besides the Alive fest, the rhythm was often cut with the instrumental songs of the new album, and that made a concert with highs and lows.
I got out of the concert a bit dissapointeed, little a i knew that the gala event was going to be a TRULY EVENT!

I almost lost the hope of seeing them play in lisbon, and them a get to see them twice in 24 hours. Besides im living in barcelona this year, so flew back home town lisbon just to see them, now tomorrow and friday im going to Sonar, so i get to see them 4 times in a week
