The pre-sale is for live 105 radio station (same people who bfd) you can
sign up for there email list one live105.com. The greek theater is a great
place, small with a pit, some seats and some lawn area. I saw run-dmc, the pixies and beck there and the audio was top notch. Its a great spot for
a show.

Hopefully the pass word will be available soon as my ass is not around sunday
to get tickets.

I think the venue hold between 5-7k people.

I know. I did the same thing. Usually live 105 is pretty good about he pre-sale.

I recently signed up for a pre-sale for 'rock the bells' and panicked because
I did not get an email right away. Then they sent out a few reminders. I think for bfd a few years back they did a reminder right before.

Of course I will post he PW when I receive it.

The show will probably sell quickly because of the venue size. There is
plenty of dope shit to do int he area before and after the show as well.

The website T&Cs say that you must be in the San Fran metro area to be added to the list, so keep that in mind when registering with your zip and area codes. I got a confirmation email almost instantly.

I tend to get better tickets during the regular sale than the presale. If you can get them during the presale, get them, but if you can't come back for the regular sale. They have to save most of the tickets for the regular sale.

I can't tell you how much I'd love to go to the Greek Theater, but I doubt that I'll spend the money and time. I wish you all luck with the ticket sales.

I hope they come to Minneapolis. We have some lovely small venues. They totally skipped us last time. :( I fucking hate the way they (fail to) announce tour dates. Last time, I waited and waited and then there were only two midwest dates and it was too late for me to get tickets to other cities where I have a free place to stay.

The Greek Theater is all GA, so no worries for us on the west coast. Good luck, Documad on your midwest shows.

The thing I love about the Greek Theater is that everyone brings blankets and no one is crammed into the "front rail" for 17 hours before the show. Everyone just hangs out, drinks beer and enjoys the music.

I'll be crammed into the front rail for 17 hours, drinking hard liquor from a flask, and enjoying the show.

I can't decide if I should try for shows in CA or NY... CA I could drive to but I could get a cheap flight to NY and I have more places to stay there. Aghh! I wish all the dates were posted that drives me nuts.

Well, I'm gonna be in CA, and that's where the party's at. Come there and you won't be disappointed.

my homeboy from Houston was going to come up the weekend before and we were going to go down to San Diego for the Astros/Padres game...

I told him to make a choice: road trip to San Diego for baseball or road trip to San Francisco for Beastie Boys...

I'll see you fools in Berkeley

Just a tip for anyone that might be thinking of flying in for the show...Fly in to Oakland Not SF. Oakland flights are often cheeper. and Oakland is right next to Berkeley in the east Bay. Same if you're looking for a hotel. Don't bother staying in SF. I mean you can but you'll have to cross the bay for the show anyhow. Stay in Oakland or Berk and you can always take the BART (our subway system) in to SF for sight seeing.
