O.K it’s not Egyptian or aboriginal art, pilfered by archaeologists, ambasadors or anthropologists…and it wasn’t ripped off by black booted Nazi fascist fucks…..and it’s hardly a Thomas Crown affair…but I know this guy, who has a lithograph that was a gift to a fairly notable actor and was ascertained in a highly suspicious manner….it happens to be the nicest piece this guy will likely ever own….it will never appreciate in value and he’s wary to talk about it in detail, it’s not on the FBI’s list but the artist has referred to this and other items that went missing at the same time in recent writings….but it’s really trick….he will enjoy it till the end of his daze but sometimes he can’t square away the fact that it’s not really his…..can you offer this cat counsel?...sometimes he feel’s like anonymously posting back to the artist’s rep…..but he’s a possessive bastard……thoughts?

I don't know if I'd like art as much if I was always reminded that it was ill-gotten. Kind of like eating at your favorite Chinese restaurant despite all their health-code citations.
