I got on for the Philly presale at exactly 7:00 and was ready to go. I don't know if it's cause I'm from the left coast, but I was waiting in a "virtual line" for over 10 minutes before they would allow me to purchase tickets. I finally got through after constant clicking of the "Yes, I want to see insecure items" pop up box and got the damn tickets. It took about 2 minutes of processing before the confirmation came up, just to fuck with me some more.

I'll be experiencing the whole thing again for the Berkeley tix in less than 3 hours. Yippppppeeeeeeee!!!!!

Must've been a lot more peeps trying to get tix than they anticipated.

I have had the issue as well sometimes. Sometimes honestly I think ticket
master gets bogged down (many shows at the same time) or what not
but usually I get the tickets right away.

There are rumours though that for regular seating TM will put you in the
'back' of the line if you click too much. The greek is general admission
so it should be ok with respect to that

You can also get locked out for hyper refreshing the browser. I got locked out
doing that once. Then I switched browsers and got in.

I think the whole process took like 30 seconds start to finish for me (dont take
that out of context).

But. I then ordered tickets for another show and it like was '12 minutes in
line' for that one.. And then my boss came over to talk about some shit
and I had to lie to wait for the tickets. Anything for a ticket.
