Any word or rumors on who might be opening these amazing shows?

Perhaps Pucho and His Latin Soul Brothers?

... or maybe even Dr. Buzzard's Original Savannah Band!!!

Hopefully it will just be a night of the Beasties. They don't need an opening act. Although I would LOVE to see Money Mark again.

A Tribe Calle Quest could be nice too.

Who is your favorite opening act for the Beasties?

Mine would be The Roots on the Quadraphonic Tour.

Osdorp Posse (Dutch rap group) opened for them in Rotterdam '99, Talib Kweli opened for them in Amsterdam '04 and yesterday in Cologne it was only Beastie Boys, perhaps the best concert I went to thusfar, with hopefully more to come.

DJ Hurricane would be the ultimate fit for an opening act.

They really need to tour with the Beastie Boys. Not just an opening act.

It's choices like the dog show that make Beasties so special. I LOVED watching the stoned young men beside me react to the dog show in Chicago. And the best part is that I knew what was coming and they were like "waaa?"

(y)i heard Limp Bizkit...

The Beastie Boys would never tour with a group like Limp Bizkit. Part of one of Adrock's verse on their song "Alive" below:

"Created a monster with these rhymes I write/

Goatee metal rap please say goodnight"

The Beastie Boys can't stand groups like Limp Bizkit and Korn

hmm Korn rap :/ I can see limp bizket but defining korn as wonnabe rap is a little harsh. They are pretty fkn talented by the way.

true. and i'm not dissing Korn because i love those guys, i'm just sayin i doubt the beastie's would ever tour with them...but you can never predict what the b-boys will do.

I think Public Enemy, LL Cool J, DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince, Talib Kweli & A Tribe Called Quest (All people that the Beasties have toured with...i'm pretty sure) reuniting with the Beastie Boys for a tour would be amazing. I would pay anything to get tickets to that show

i would have mentioned Run-DMC, but after the death of JMJ i don't think they will be doing anything live.

And as far as limp bizkit I do not like the lead singer but wes borland is a bad ass. I went to a side band he had called big dumb face. He had 5 diff guitars he played through out the set. He know how to play thats for damn sure.

I was just listening to one of his spoken word albums today where he talks about that tour! I love the Rollins Band.

To this day, the best show I have ever seen! At the Indianapolis show, Da Lynch Mobb played before Rollins. I was in heaven, this was a side project of Ice Cube and I'm a huge fan. Rollins was great, Beasties were INCREDIBLE and the guy in the Egg Man outfit got destroyed in the pit! I'll never forget.
