does anyone recognize this? (clip from old rap song)

in a song by d12 called 'under the influence', there's a part where the record skips (as part of the song), then another record is spun backwards very fast, and then scratched back onto the beat (it'll make sense if you've heard it). i've reversed the sample, and slowed it down, and it's a few seconds from another rap song. sounds like its mobb deep or tribe called quest possibly. the lyrics sound like "..on tour, and we can thank you for consumin/knowledge the combination of x, and be the rumours.."
does anyone recognize it?
