I think I've only used such a voice if the kid is 3 or under.

We never talked like to Noah. Maybe that's why he was reading at a fourth grade level last year when he was in the 1st grade.

Yeah, it stunts the brain development and growth if you use that stupid voice. If you soften your voice to talk to children or babies, that's fine, but if you use that stupid "Ohhh what a cute wittle baaaaby!" retard voice, it's just stunting them.

That's a really good point. There have been studies (please don't ask me to show them, just google that shit) that conclude children develop quicker in intellect when treated, and spoken to, as human beings and not the cartoons to which you refer.
