FOREMAN GETS GRILLED - 10/01/05
Former heavyweight boxer George Foreman, who has reached popularity again with his range of cooking appliances, was held by security for 4 hours at the Miami International Airport today.
Security would not allow Foreman, who had been doing promotion in Japan, back into the country as he could not provide the fingerprints required by federal law for entry. An accident over 15 years ago while using drain cleaner resulted in chemical burns to both his hands, and the loss of most of his fingerprints.
A spokesperson for the MIA, Terry Noble, said "It has been an unfortunate misunderstanding and the airport sincerely apologises to Mr Foreman." He also stated that a review of the procedures at the airport had been launched to prevent the situation arising again.

Aw, that is classic. He has enough money. Buy some new prints, George! You raped me for at least 200 dollars.

I wonder if it would smooth out the wrinkles on my balls?
Don't do it unless you're ready.

so a passport isn't enough to get back in the country these days?
I guess it depends on what color the Homeland Security mood ring is.

i once lost my fingerprints on account of i had to peel approximatly 30 lbs of shrimp a day and have my hands wet a good deal of to night. i was left with sort of cross hatching instead. i once had to give a fingerprint to cash a check, and it looked like graph paper only in reverse (blue w/ white lines)
but yeah, they healed up pretty quickly after i got a different job

people with no fingerprints should commit as many non-violent crimes as possible. otherwise, what's the benefit?

if skin regenerates...wouldn't they just grow back?

They normally do, eventually. Although scarring sometimes stops them returning to their original state.

i burned the fuck out of my left index finger when i was 13 or so and it's got a big spot where there's no fingerprint. just a flat scar. a few wrinkles and creases have grown into it over the years but for the most part it's smooth.
