Electric Worm 45

I went back to my local record shop (Criminal Records) today to return an extra copy of TMU and the cashier gave me a 45 of Electric Worm with Succo de Tangerina as a B-side. The cover shot is of sliced tangerines. Yum.

I ordered a second copy of this just for that 45. I think I overpaid but oh well. I also ordered another copy the other day and I got this along with it:

Can anyone please provide details on where we can get the 7"? I tried one of the lone indie record stores left in Dallas, and they didn't receive any.

Is there a store that is throwing these in with purchase of the album online?
