Best Live Shows Ever?

the live performances I have heard sound wicked. It's cool to hear them be a band again.

I must say the Bataclan show was propably the best Beastie show I have seen (but I've "only" seen 16 by now), Glasgow 1995 coming close second.

Their first night in Barcelona the other week was incredibly enjoyable. It was a Gala show, and the band were in such high spirits. Plenty of banter with each other and the crowd. It was the night when Mike D wore that captain's outfit. I sat in some bar after, just grinning from ear to ear.

that barcelona show sounds awesome. close to soundboard. their should distribute more of these. one of the breaks at the end of pass the mic turned up on professor booty. j/s

- perfect setlist (jimmy james ....)
- excellent sound, very clear and brilliant
- nice location (small, old factory-style)
- delicous weed & beer from cologne
- i was in the mood

you got that right! That gig was the best ive ever seen. The Crocodile Cafe show was awesome aswell. Best rap only show: Hiro. Best show with instruments: Crocodile Cafe.

i was also at the Hiro, and it was amazing, almost unreal being in a venue that small....

but i'd have to say october 9th, 2004 at the garden ... was perhaps the best night of my life. and i'm lucky enough to have AIFST as a great reminder of it.

I would have to agree with the last user. October 9th at Madison was the best show I have ever been to. I also saw them at Jones beach that previous summer for Krock's Dysfunctional Family Picnic. They put on a good preformance then but nothing close to the dvd worthy AIFST. They are gold when it comes to preforming.
