I live in a town with a population of around 100,000 and this is the time of the year when companies put their phonebook out. It's really crazy because I get like 6 or 7 diffent local books delivered to my house. Is it like this everywhere ior is it just my shitty ass town?

The cities I've lived in in the past fifteen years or so get two. Yellow Pages plus... something else, very red. I think most recently it's been called Valley Pages or something. I just pitch 'em.

We get 5 or 6 about this time every year. Each a different size and color.

I think we get one for the state, one for the county, and then one for the town we live in. Its all a waste.

There are some small town in Indiana, but it always used to crack me up to visit one of my best friends on his farm and they had a phone book just larger than most people's check books. It could've been a spiral bound half-size notebook, really. Kinda funny.
