Was Anybody here at the Paris Gig in Le Zenith?

just wonderin if any of u guyz were at the show in le zenith, paris on tuesday cos that was the first time i ever saw the beasties live after waiting more than half of my life! im from ireland but i flew to paris especially cos i just had to see them and the festival they're playin at in ireland sold out in 5 minutes. i was just wonderin was anyone else there cos it was by far the best gig ive ever been to and im wonderin if any1 else agrees....especially people who've seen them before. they played everything from their very early punk stuff right up to to their new instrumental album which is fantastic by the way. Best night ever, thank you Beasties!

I was there too - travelled from Liverpool. Second Beasties gig - first one at the MEN (Manchester) about 3 years ago.

The gig was ace and I danced all the way through, though I thought the sound was a bit dodgy as Yauch's bass was borderline mush in parts. Think it was probably something to do with the venue as it was almost like a canvas top - not ideal for giving a defined sound.

Still was an ace night and well worth the trip to Paris.

Looking forward to seeing them when they're next in the UK
