When Adrock told people to stop downloading the new record he said something like "buy the record so you can enjoy the cover art and liner notes". What fucking liner notes? there's not even a booklet! that really bummed me out when I purchased the album.

I know, I was pretty bummed too.
I love liner notes and I was suprised to see that there weren't any.
But if you think about it, there really wouldn't be much in them (no lyrics or samples or whatnot).
That being said, I love the new album nonetheless. (y)
